Anti Wildlife Trafficking


CWAG AAP works in concert with anti-wildlife trafficking actors, to create greater awareness about the detrimental impact of wildlife crimes and to provide training for investigation and prosecution of wildlife traffickers.

CWAG AAP seeks to build partnerships which support the building of institutional capacity and effective approaches to combating this crime.

  • Facilitate public & private sector partnerships
  • Train customs officers, police, and lawyers in wildlife 
forensics and border inspections
  • Support seminars & workshops for the exchange of ideas, knowledge & best practice on tactics for the arrest and prosecution of wildlife traffickers
